An initial online consultation takes up to 75 minutes. This is a comprehensive review of your health concerns, medical history, nutrition, lifestyle and environment. The objective of natural health care is to identify underlying causative factors impacting your health, and provide food & lifestyle advice, and nutraceutical therapeutics to restore balance.

You will be provided with a treatment plan following your first consultation, which includes:

• Definition of health goals and treatment aims
• Nutritional, ​lifestyle & environmental advice, including recipes
• Prescription of nutrigenomic and herbal medicine (as appropriate)
• The cost of therapeutics are not included in consultation prices
• Recommendations for pathology and referrals (as appropriate)

After your initial consultation, your treatment plan will be updated in accordance with your progress every 2-3 weeks in follow up consultations (up to 45 minutes).

When using a natural medicine, food-first approach, you can expect to recover many health concerns within a season. This equates for most people to approximately 12 weeks of dedicated time on their health. For more complex conditions and for those with a history of poor health, it is likely you will require a longer healing time.

Over the course of your treatment, you will learn how to restore balance to your body using your food and lifestyle.
The goal is to rely as little as possible on supplemental medicines (unless severely health-compromised), and instead utilise foundational food and lifestyle principles to maintain your health moving forward.
